Golden Alert for missing Lexington woman Pamela Silverman canceled

The Lexington Police Department has canceled the Golden Alert for Pamela Silverman, a missing woman from Lexington. Silverman, who is 75 years old, was last seen on November 5, 2024, in the 3300 block of Snaffle Road. She stands at 5’8” and weighs approximately 180 pounds, with blue eyes.

Silverman has a mental health condition and was believed to be traveling in a white 2012 Toyota Highlander with Kentucky License plate number 447NPS. Authorities had urged anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact them by calling 911.

The cancellation of the alert indicates that Silverman has been located and is safe. The police department did not provide further details about her discovery.

In related city updates, there will be no City yard waste collection during Thanksgiving week. Additionally, no City waste collection services will be available on Thursday of that week.

The City of Lexington is also engaging with leaders from Bourbon, Clark, Jessamine, Scott, and Woodford Counties to collaborate on regional climate action efforts.
