One person has been arrested following a shooting that took place earlier today.
On January 7, 2024, at 03:21 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Red Clover Lane for a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they located a male and female victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victims were transported to a local hospital with reported life-threatening injuries. All parties have been identified.
Urbano Romero, 63, was charged with two counts of Assault 1st Degree – Domestic Violence and three counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
