Nicholasville Mayor outlines progress, future plans in State of the City address

Nicholasville Mayor Pete Carter addressed the community today to present the annual "State of the City" report at the Jessamine County Courthouse. The mayor highlighted several accomplishments over the past year, including infrastructure improvements and the successful implementation of community programs.

"Our infrastructure modernization has not only enhanced the city's safety but also improved accessibility for all our residents," said Mayor Carter, emphasizing the importance of continued investment in public utilities and transportation networks. Looking ahead, Mayor Carter outlined plans for housing developments and commercial expansions.
