The Lexington Police Department issued a Golden Alert for a missing local man, Kenneth Higgins, on May 20, 2024. The 32-year-old was last seen around 9:00 a.m. on May 18, in the 1000 block of Firethorn Place.

Higgins is described as approximately 6’0” tall and around 300 pounds, with brown eyes and grayish/black hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black sweatpants, and black slides with black socks.
