This past weekend, Abby Steiner won the U.S. Track and Field championship in the 200-meter dash.
It was an all-dates collegiate best and the second-fastest semifinal and final double in American history.
The #UKGrad will represent Team USA at the World Athletics Championships, taking place July 15-24.
Following her record-setting NCAA victory in early June, Abby took a break from training to talk about the wins she experienced in the classroom as a kinesiology-exercise science major in the University of Kentucky College of Education.
