Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Paul Mitchell the School-Lexington

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Paul Mitchell the School-Lexington, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Kentucky students paid $16,816 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 84 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 41 students received grants or scholarships totaling $172,005 and 47 students took out student loans totaling more than $420,340.

Including all undergraduates (193), 192 students used grants or scholarships totaling $915,642, and 173 students took out $1.6 million in federal student loans.
