Kentucky women’s basketball to face Arkansas in SEC tournament opener

The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team, seeded ninth, is set to face 16th-seeded Arkansas in the first round of the SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament. The game will take place at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, on Wednesday, March 3 at 11 a.m. ET and will be broadcast on the SEC Network.

Kentucky finished its regular season with a record of 21-9 overall and an 8-8 mark in Southeastern Conference play. Arkansas enters the tournament with a 12-19 overall record and went 1-15 in conference games.
